She is certified by the International Etiquette and Protocol Academy, London, in association with Minding Manners International, and has completed a residential finishing school and etiquette retreat, earning credentials as an International Business Etiquette Consultant and Cross-Cultural Specialist.

In today’s fast-paced, interconnected world, these skills are essential for building confidence, fostering empathy, and easing social interactions. At Passport 2 Excellence, Kathy leads adult and professional programs in business etiquette, social decorum, and travel-related protocols—offering both group instruction and private coaching to help clients thrive in any setting.
